Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Joseph was a talent acquisition and staffing executive with two international recruitment firms where he earned the reputation of being an effective leader and top producer. Joseph began his career performing and supervising internal audits for a Fortune 1000 company and previously served as a public affairs specialist for the US Military.
From an educational perspective, Joseph is pursuing a doctorate degree in Organizational Change Management and Leadership at the University of Southern California (USC) and graduated summa cum laude from Gonzaga University, earning a master's degree in Organizational Transformation and Leadership. He also graduated cum laude from Hope International University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management. Sean Morrison brings over 14 years of executive-level, business and leadership experience to LEAPROS. His core competencies and expertise includes engineering, information technology, and human resources, among other disciplines.
Sean is known to be extremely proactive in anticipating recruitment and staffing challenges before they occur. The more complex the issue, the more motivated Sean becomes to provide solutions and support for clients, considering problem-solving is one of his key strengths.
Throughout his career in thriving and multifaceted companies, Sean managed various operations and process improvement initiatives, optimizing customer satisfaction and organizational systems.
From an educational standpoint, Sean completed the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command (Global Force for Good), one of the most rigorous training programs for nuclear, mechanical, and chemical engineering disciplines.

As a Resource Solutions Partner, Linda focuses on recruiting and staffing of full-time and project professionals, with an emphasis in finance, accounting and human resources. Her objective is to be an advocate for professionals looking for new opportunities and to offer dependable and honest representation to our clients.
Prior to joining LEAPROS, Linda had a successful career with Advantage Placements and another specialized staffing and recruiting firm, functioning as a Manager of Operations and Recruiting. Linda holds a BA in Business Administration from California State University-Long Beach. Having worked in accounting and finance, she understands the intricacies of each position and provides a unique perspective to her clients and candidates.
Virginia Vo is an accomplished talent management professional with over 10 years of talent acquisition, staffing, and leadership experience. Prior to joining LEAPROS, Virginia had a highly successful career with a boutique recruiting firm that specialized in finance and accounting. In her role as an experienced manager, she specialized in placing finance and accounting professionals and consultants on a direct hire and interim basis.
From an educational perspective, Virginia graduated summa cum laude from the University of California Los Angeles.
Byran brings over 20 years of sales, marketing, entrepreneurial, and business leadership experience to LEAPROS. As the Division Managing Director of the Sales, Marketing, Communications and Supply Chain division, Byran provides superior client and candidate solutions in collaboration with his recruitment partners. From a client solutions standpoint, he consults with hiring managers by assessing and navigating their immediate resource needs and challenges, evaluates their long-term business and strategic staffing needs, and provides impactful and customizable resource solutions. He also has completed the U.S. Marine Corps School of Engineering in North Carolina.

As an Associate Partner at LEAPROS, he concentrates on candidate recruitment and client service at the operational level. Alexander “Alex” Moreno brings to LEAPROS Workforce Solutions 20 years of professional business development, specialized recruiting, staffing, consulting, coaching and advisory services experience in diverse industries. His core disciplines, competencies and areas of focus include: Accounting, Finance, Tax, Audit, Treasury, Human Resources and Information Technology.

Christina Gonzalez-Hicks leads our Human Resources Consulting Division and heads our office in Riverside, CA. She is a results-oriented Human Resources professional with a proven track record of successful business transformations through team engagement and project management.
She has designed and implemented solutions in a variety of industries, which improved and drove business results. Christina has an extensive background in employee recruitment and retention, staff development, mediation, benefits and compensation, HR policies development and legal compliance. She has demonstrated success in negotiating win-win compromises, developing highly effective teambuilding programs, and writing personnel manuals, corporate policies, job descriptions, and management reports. Christina has her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management as well as her Master’s in Business Administration. She is currently working towards a Doctorate in Curriculum and Coaching with an additional focus in Neuroscience and how it impacts leadership. Christina utilizes knowledge in critical thinking as well as demonstrating strong verbal and communication skills. She is extremely organized with a great attention to detail applying excellent time management.

Branden Schoedl brings over 10 years of full cycle corporate recruiting experience, client management, and strategic sourcing expertise to LEAPROS. He is recognized for his wide spectrum of recruiting experience, acquiring talent in specialized areas of IT, Finance, Healthcare, Sales and Operations.
His work history includes a number of reputable companies that have faced tremendous ramp up periods where managing high volume req loads of very niche positions became his specialty.
Branden came to LEAPROS with a natural ability to connect with both clients and candidates, with an attention to detail that makes identifying and getting through to that hard to find talent a niche of his own.
Esther Ramirez is a partner within the Human Resources Consulting Division at LEAPROS Workforce Solutions. She enjoys complex recruiting strategies, talent solutions, building partnerships and project management.
Prior to joining LEAPROS, Esther had a successful career working as a corporate Human Resource/People Services partner for over 15 years specializing in Talent Strategy, Diversity and Affirmative Action Sourcing Initiatives, Coaching and Training, Behavior Based Interview Techniques, Talent Engagement, Talent Solutions, Leadership and On-Boarding Processes. She has designed and implemented a variety of processes to help optimize organizations with Talent Strategy in a diversity of industries to include manufacturing, consulting, technology and consumer products.
Esther has her bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication with an emphasis in Intercultural Communication. She is extremely organized with a great attention to detail applying excellent time management.

Prior to joining LEAPROS, Daniel started his career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Orange County, CA. He then spent several years at a publicly traded company in their accounting department. From an educational standpoint, Daniel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton. Daniel is committed to serving clients and professionals with the highest levels of trust, transparency and integrity.
Lisa Williams brings over 20 years of experience in professional business development, recruiting, mentoring, leadership development, entrepreneurship and personal/financial coaching.
As a Senior Partner, her business is building relationships and mentoring others. Those that know Lisa, whether it’s a client, candidate or friend, remember a time she helped them. Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge in the Information Technology space with an emphasis in the Financial Services and Healthcare Verticals (although she has worked in nearly every vertical throughout her career!) She has been blessed to work with many of her clients her entire career, finding them their first job and helping them seek new roles, as they progress in their careers. She is also passionate about financial wellness and is a financial literacy coach and trainer. She lives her life with the priorities of Faith, Family and business, in that order.
