Prior to founding LEAPROS®, Joseph established highly successful organizations in the staffing and recruiting industry by earning the confidence and loyalty of top-tier employers, assembling world-class recruitment teams, and building a robust network of accomplished executives and professionals. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Joseph was a talent acquisition and staffing executive with two international recruitment firms where he earned the reputation of being an effective leader and top producer. Joseph began his career performing and supervising internal audits for a Fortune 1000 company and previously served as a public affairs specialist for the US Military.
From an educational perspective, Joseph graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California (USC), earning a doctorate degree in Organizational Change Management and Leadership. He also graduated summa cum laude from Gonzaga University, earning a master's degree in Organizational Transformation and Leadership, and graduated cum laude from Hope International University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management. Joseph is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Joseph also served on the Board of Directors of Connections Academy, an online public charter school (K-12), and on the Business and Accounting Programs Advisory Board of Saddleback College, California's top-ranked transfer school.

Sean Morrison brings over 14 years of executive-level, business and leadership experience to LEAPROS. His core competencies and expertise includes engineering, information technology, and human resources, among other disciplines.
Sean is known to be extremely proactive in anticipating recruitment and staffing challenges before they occur. The more complex the issue, the more motivated Sean becomes to provide solutions and support for clients, considering problem-solving is one of his key strengths.
Throughout his career in thriving and multifaceted companies, Sean managed various operations and process improvement initiatives, optimizing customer satisfaction and organizational systems.
From an educational standpoint, Sean completed the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command (Global Force for Good), one of the most rigorous training programs for nuclear, mechanical, and chemical engineering disciplines.

He has extensive training in Technical Recruiting and keeps a pulse on the latest trends and technologies through technical course work, IT White Papers, and constant research. Tremaine is also a Certified People Sourcing Professional (CPSP), having completed the rigorous People Sourcing Certification Program, and holds his (PHR) Professional In Human Resources designation as well as the (SHRM-CP) SHRM Certified Professional.
As a Resource Solutions Partner, Linda focuses on recruiting and staffing of full-time and project professionals, with an emphasis in finance, accounting and human resources. Her objective is to be an advocate for professionals looking for new opportunities and to offer dependable and honest representation to our clients.
Prior to joining LEAPROS, Linda had a successful career with Advantage Placements and another specialized staffing and recruiting firm, functioning as a Manager of Operations and Recruiting. She brings over 17 years’ experience recruiting all levels of candidates in a variety of functional positions. Linda’s positive approach has added great value to her candidates!
Linda holds a BA in Business Administration from California State University-Long Beach. Having worked in accounting and finance, she understands the intricacies of each position and provides a unique perspective to her clients and candidates.
Virginia Vo is an accomplished talent management professional with over 10 years of talent acquisition, staffing, and leadership experience. She takes pride in her ability to develop and maintain mutually rewarding relationships anchored by the principles of integrity, trust, reciprocity and authenticity. Her stellar reputation and commitment to excellence has brought great value to LEAPROS and our loyal customers.
Prior to joining LEAPROS, Virginia had a highly successful career with a boutique recruiting firm that specialized in finance and accounting. In her role as an experienced manager, she specialized in placing finance and accounting professionals and consultants on a direct hire and interim basis.
From an educational perspective, Virginia graduated summa cum laude from the University of California Los Angeles.
Alexander “Alex” Moreno brings to LEAPROS Workforce Solutions 20 years of professional business development, specialized recruiting, staffing, consulting, coaching and advisory services experience in diverse industries. His core disciplines, competencies and areas of focus include: Accounting, Finance, Tax, Audit, Treasury, Human Resources and Information Technology.
Alex is known for his strong motivation to enhance a strategic partnership with his clients and candidates. Alex has established a reputation as being a proven visionary and leader, subject matter expert in his field, and a trusted partner. He provides a visionary approach to talent acquisition, which is founded on trust, integrity, and meeting the strategic goals of his clients and candidates.

From an educational standpoint, Alex attained a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a Minor in Anthropology, from California State University, Fullerton.
Alex participated in the 1984 Olympic Summer Games, as a Torchbearer in Los Angeles, California. He has also been on an episode of The History Channel’s “Pawn Stars” (Blaze of Glory), and TMZ (The Last Olympic Torchbearer).
Christina Gonzalez-Hicks leads our Human Resources Consulting Division and heads our office in Riverside, CA. She is a results-oriented Human Resources professional with a proven track record of successful business transformations through team engagement and project management.
She has designed and implemented solutions in a variety of industries, which improved and drove business results. Christina has an extensive background in employee recruitment and retention, staff development, mediation, benefits and compensation, HR policies development and legal compliance. She has demonstrated success in negotiating win-win compromises, developing highly effective teambuilding programs, and writing personnel manuals, corporate policies, job descriptions, and management reports. Christina has her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management as well as her Master’s in Business Administration. She is currently working towards a Doctorate in Curriculum and Coaching with an additional focus in Neuroscience and how it impacts leadership. Christina utilizes knowledge in critical thinking as well as demonstrating strong verbal and communication skills. She is extremely organized with a great attention to detail applying excellent time management.
Christina currently holds her (SPHR) Senior Professional In Human Resources designation, a Mediation Certification, and is a California Notary.
Lisa Williams brings over 20 years of experience in professional business development, recruiting, mentoring, leadership development, entrepreneurship and personal/financial coaching.
As a Senior Partner, her business is building relationships and mentoring others. Those that know Lisa, whether it’s a client, candidate or friend, remember a time she helped them. Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge in the Information Technology space with an emphasis in the Financial Services and Healthcare Verticals (although she has worked in nearly every vertical throughout her career!) She has been blessed to work with many of her clients her entire career, finding them their first job and helping them seek new roles, as they progress in their careers. She considers recruiting and business development a privilege. To walk beside people in some of their most challenging times in life, when impacted by a layoff or exciting times, when searching for something new or helping clients complete company initiatives that impact the business in a positive way. Lisa thrives on helping clients get to the root of their business problem and helping them find creative solutions to meet the needs of their business counterparts. Lisa started her career in recruiting and although now focuses on business development, has never quite taken her “recruiter” hat off. On a personal note, Lisa is married with 3 amazing kids, is a life-long learner, loves to travel, is typically reading or listening to at least 3 books, sings in the praise band at church at Redhill Lutheran, is an Alaska girl born and raised and loves to fish and hike. She is also passionate about financial wellness and is a financial literacy coach and trainer. She lives her life with the priorities of Faith, Family and business, in that order.

Tara Cormier is a Senior Partner, representing LEAPROS Finance & Accounting- Interim Resource Solutions. With over 20 years of experience Tara has worn many hats to include Recruiting, Managing Candidate & Client Relations, Training & Mentoring Teams and Developing New Client Business, concentrating in the areas of Finance, Accounting and Human Resources.
Prior to joining LEAPROS, Tara enjoyed much success working for a diverse range of recruiting/staffing firms from small & midsized privately held firms to a large publicly traded international organization.

Paul possess a B.A Degree in Business Administration with a Marketing Major from the United Kingdom. He brings 20 years of experience within Information Technology Staffing Industry. He has extensive experience in Recruiting and helping Candidates, Client Relationship Management and Mentoring and Managing Teams. As a Senior Partner, Paul is focused on building relationships and assisting I.T. Professionals to further their careers. He comes with extensive industry knowledge and helps them understand what is relevant in the market specific to their professional skill sets and future career aspirations.
Prior to joining LEAPROS, Paul had a very successful 16 years with a publicly traded national staffing firm where he consistently performed within the top 10% of the firm. Paul has extensive experience working in the Southern California market where his elite reputation is founded on Passion, Integrity, and Trust to drive long lasting relationships with everyone he partners with.
As a Senior Partner in our Miami office, Ben is responsible for leveraging his diverse experience to identify qualified employment opportunities and partner with employers to establish mutually rewarding outcomes. Ben enjoys cultivating and maintaining long-term client partnerships, and ensuring superior delivery of recruiting and talent management solutions. Ben uses a proactive and visionary approach to client engagement combined with an unwavering commitment to helping his clients achieve their strategic goals. As a credible and trusted advisor, Ben has successfully partnered with companies of all sizes, including the Fortune 1000. His proven track record and solid reputation has earned him strong recognition and multiple achievement awards. Ben graduated from the Florida State University (FSU), earning a degree in International Affairs. Ben also completed several MBA courses at St. Thomas University before entering the field of talent acquisition.
Mark Herrera is the Division Managing Director for our Southern California IT Practice. Mark brings to LEAPROS Workforce Solutions over 15 years of business development, specialized recruiting, and leadership knowledge and experience with a strong focus in the IT market space.
Prior to joining LEAPROS, Mark has worked for both nationally recognized staffing firms, as well as private family owned staffing firms. In his past working experience Mark was responsible for building new start up staffing divisions in the Southern California markets. Through successful hiring, training and employee development Mark has been recognized for achieving and exceeding growth expectations.
In his current role Mark will continue to support our growing IT practice, enhance our current and new client partnerships, and enliven our Vision, Mission and Core Values.
On a personal note, Mark is a native of Southern California and attended California State University, Chico where he was recognized as an NCAA football scholar athlete. In his free time, you will find Mark spending time with his family, running on the beach, golfing, and playing drums in a classic rock band.
Kevin Udink is a Senior Partner in our Finance & Accounting Executive Search Practice. Kevin brings 10 years of demonstrated success in specialized recruiting, client development, and account management, focusing on Finance, Accounting, Tax, Audit, and strategic functions.
Kevin approaches the industry with an ethics and integrity first perspective, prioritizing both client and candidate needs to ensure successful, long-lasting results. Kevin’s expertise and longevity have earned him sustained relationships of influence with a diverse client base ranging from Startups, Fortune 100, Private Equity backed, publicly traded, and privately held companies.
