Direct Hire Non-Management Roles
Our mid-tier bonus targets skilled specialty roles such as: Service Technician, Foreman, Field Technician, Project Coordinator, Project Admin, Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, Safety Engineer
Contract and Contract to Hire Roles
All contract and contract-to-hire positions qualify for this bonus. For example, Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC Technicians, and Cable Technicians that work a cumulative 160 hours on a non-per-diem job with Leapros qualify for this bonus.
- Referral Bonus program is effective June 1, 2023. All referrals submitted after this date are eligible for the bonus.
- There is no limit to the number of bonuses you may receive. More successful placements means more money in your pocket!
- The person or persons you referred must be hired by Leapros and work 160 hours for contract roles and 90 days for direct hire roles to receive the bonus.
- The bonus program is available to active Leapros employees and non-employees.
